Bill Weege is a University of Wisconsin-Madison alumnus. He joined the faculty of the Art Department at the University in 1971. In 1987, he founded Tandem Press. He served on the faculty as a distinguished professor until his retirement in 1998, when he shifted focus to making art full-time. Weege’s prints and works on paper are included in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Boston Museum of Fine Arts, the Brooklyn Museum, the Kansas City Art Museum, The Museum of Modern Art, New York, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the British Museum.
