Yuji Kobayashi

Yuji Kobayashi is a distinguished professor at Tama Art University and is an executive board member of the Shunyo Art Institution. He exhibits his paintings, etchings, and lithographs internationally. His work is in many collections including The Yokohama Museum of Art; The Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery; The Saku Municipal Museum of Modern Art, Nagano Prefecture; The Kurobe Fine Art Museum, Kurobe City, Toyam Prefecture; and The Niigata City Art Museum. Kobayashi collaborates with contemporary musicians and dancers at live painting shows. He has received numerous awards throughout his career. He has had fourteen solo exhibitions at the Tsubaki Gallery in Ginza, Tokyo.
